Shipping policy

For Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation :

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being received ( excluding weekends & holidays).

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We’ll refund your order with no questions asked, if you’re able to send back the product with packaging back to us, unused, sealed and without any damage, within 7 days from delivery. A refund will be issued after 7 days of your refund being approved according to the policy of your wallet/bank/ card policy.

No returns will be accepted for merchandise orders unless a defective unit has been shipped. 

After placing the order, the customer can cancel the order within 24 hours if he/she wishes to by emailing us at help@dailygrind.in
